First sentence absolutely correct, the first sentence one has to know in a new language. Ich bin Mieko. I - am - Mieko. Ego - Mieko - sum.

Second sentence: Awww...nearly correct, is has to be "Ich bin sechzehn JahrE alt" (not "sechzehn Jahren")

(But "think" in this sentence more means something like "Ich - finde [where "finde" stands also for "I have the opinion that"])

Uh, I would like to learn German, but I think it would be a hard work, and I must have learnt it many years ago...
