TLK Broadway

I was wondering how many of us here have ever been to see The Lion King on Broadway. I'm not sure if it's ever made it to Russia, but I hope it has! I'm going to see it this July when it comes to Houston, Texas! Woo!

This musical I've seen two years before, in London, United Kingdom, and it is great! Imagine!

I had a chance when TLKoB was to be shown here in Minneapolis, but costs got in my way and I had to skip out.

Good think the extras on the TLK special edition showed many scenes from TLKoB.

"The circle of life" brings me to tears... Incredible!!!!

"Endless Night" brings me to tears. It is far too beautiful of a song. That should have been the addition to TLK SE.

In "Shadowland" the moment when Rafiki "blesses" Nala, well.. this is what I understand.. OH!!! what a moment!!!

I was crying when I saw that: the voices, the notes... Nala´s voice...

The music composition is just downright incredible. You know the goosebumps that you get from just incredible music, the kind that makes your breath quiver? The Lion King has that kind of music, and I'm just astounded at the sheer talent.

I went to clear to Oklahoma to see it last month. It's absolutely awesome... I'd love to see it again. "Shadowland" is my new favorite song, heh.
